When you submit a contact form, request a discovery call, complete the fit assessment, or send us a P&ID through the "Try with your drawing" flow, we collect the information you provide (typically your name, work email, company, role, the drawing or document you upload, and any free-text notes). We also collect basic, cookieless analytics such as page views and referral sources to understand which parts of the site engineers find useful.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver the artifact you asked for (for example, a sample HAZID worksheet on your drawing), scope a potential engagement, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Drawings and Uploaded Documents

P&IDs and other engineering documents you upload to us are processed only for the purpose you submitted them (e.g., to produce a sample HAZID, a draft stream list, or a fit assessment). We do not use your drawings to train third-party AI models. Uploaded documents are retained only as long as needed to deliver the requested artifact and respond to follow-up questions, then deleted on request.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Our public security posture (control mapping, subprocessors, retention, incident-response) is documented at /trust.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@processengineer.io and we will respond within 30 days.
