These terms govern your use of the website processengineer.io and the tools and services offered through it by Design Dynamics Engineering BV ("we", "us", "our"), registered under KvK 89216237 (BTW NL864913758B01) in the Netherlands. ProcessEngineer.io is a brand of Design Dynamics Engineering BV.

Services

We provide AI-powered tools and consulting services for process engineering work, including P&ID review, stream list generation, HAZID and HAZOP pre-population, RFQ datasheet generation, process monitoring (Luma), and bespoke workflow automation. Demos and sample artifacts shown on this website are illustrative. Paid engagements, deliverables, and SLAs are governed by a separate service agreement between you and Design Dynamics Engineering BV.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to upload material that is unlawful, infringes another party's rights, or that you are not authorized to share. Drawings, datasheets, and other engineering documents you upload should be your own or shared with the rights to do so. You are responsible for verifying that any output we produce is fit for your specific project, regulatory context, and safety case before relying on it.

Liability under paid engagements is governed exclusively by the separate service agreement that covers that engagement.
