Terms for using the Plexus website.
These terms govern the public website and demo-request experience. Use of the Plexus product is governed by a separate customer agreement.
1. Operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Design Dynamics Engineering B.V., Wateringen 69, 5236 SJ 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about Plexus and allows business visitors to request a demonstration. Website content, illustrative product scenes, and demonstrations are not engineering advice, a safety determination, a compliance assessment, or a substitute for competent professional review.
Descriptions of broader workflows explain the intended product direction and do not guarantee that every capability is available in every deployment. Commercial scope, availability, configuration, and support are agreed separately in writing.
3. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the website unlawfully or interfere with its operation or security;
- attempt to bypass access controls, bot protection, rate limits, or other safeguards;
- submit malicious code, misleading identity information, or content that infringes another person's rights;
- scrape, probe, or reverse engineer the website except where applicable law does not permit that restriction;
- submit confidential project files, controlled technical data, or sensitive personal data through the public demo form.
4. Intellectual property
The website, Plexus name, visual identity, software demonstrations, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Design Dynamics Engineering B.V. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant a license to use them beyond viewing and using the website for its intended business purpose.
5. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on third-party hosting, database, analytics, bot-protection, and email services, and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites. Their own terms and notices may apply.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the public website or any part of it. We aim to keep website information useful and current, but provide the website on an “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, completeness, or freedom from errors.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Design Dynamics Engineering B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the public website. Any liability relating to a Plexus product engagement is governed by the applicable signed customer agreement.
8. Privacy

9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without limiting mandatory rights that apply under another jurisdiction's law. The competent Dutch courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules. The final venue clause must be confirmed before launch.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively.
