The initiator walks each major node on the drawing, applies the full guideword matrix (No / More / Less / Reverse / As Well As / Part Of / Other Than) across key parameters, identifies credible deviations, scores severity × likelihood on the standard 3×3 matrix, cross-checks against safeguards visible on the sheet, and recommends concrete actions citing API / IEC / NFPA codes where applicable.
